Musical Cushions

Seems ages since i peomised to put this on, Boxing day at my sisters Chris, Sydney (black top), Yasmin (other lil girl) and Josie (Yasmins mum) all playing musical cushions.

Not great video work but adorable and thats just the adults!

Funny but not my best idea!

For christmas i bought Chris a Youdoo Doll as featured on Dragon's Den.

It's one of the only programmes we both like watching and i just thought it would be a bit of a joke, a stockingfiller.

I obviously didnt think it through properly....


This weekend Chris has finally made what i imagined would bw a mini Chris, however he chose to make a mini me! as in a mini Emma, or as he has names her "Yemma"!

He has even gone so far as to post photo's in the Youdoo gallery...

Look at the beautiful flowers Chris sent me on my birthday!

We had a great night at the comedy store on Friday, 4 comedians and a great compare, i cant remember when i laughed so much!

Over the weekend i've managed to catch up with some of my girlie friends and had a couple of nice lunches out.

Got some nice pressies from family including a special rendition of "happy birthday" from Neice Sydney and spent the evening of my birthday wearing a badge saying "bestest auntie" from Niece Claire.

Think i must be doing something right lol

So it's my birthday on Monday and Chris is taking me to http://www.thecomedystore.co.uk/ tonight.

I have never been and i'm really looking forward to it :0)

All we seem to have done for ages is either visit other people or entertain other people at our house, it's gonne be really nice to go out just the two of us :0)

7 Days Straight...

First post of 2008!

So i disappeared again, i know i have a bad habit of it but life just gets in the way!

So christmas was cool, we had all the old ladies and the errant neice round for dinner, Chris cooked up a feast which impressed everyone, we got pressies we liked and Auntie Carol absolutely adored the calender so a good day all round.

Boxing day we went to my sisters for the day which was fun, Sydney was as gorgeously cute as ever, not that i'm biased or anything! I have a lil video of her playing musical cushions with the little girl from next door (see wedding pics, the other bridesmaid), her mum and Chris but its on my phone and the software wont work with Vista and im on the laptop blah blah blah you get the message, i promise ill put it on soon!

We were both back in work the next day, thankfully i was only in for the day, Chris was in both days.

Next thing was New Year, we had a party which went very well, i got very drunk and managed to break just about every glass we own just by bumping into the table... twice lol, we had fireworks and bucks fizz and well you know the drill but we had fun!

Since then its just been back to work, the let down of after christmas. I have now done 5 days straight withough a cigarette and i think Chris has only had 2 in the five days.
